Terms of Service.

The Marketplace is restricted to talent and management agencies acting in a business capacity — it is not a consumer service and is not open to the general public. You must be at least 18 years old, authorized to bind the agency you represent, and able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Listings on the Marketplace are sourced from our affiliated content creator recruiting agency, reviewed before publication, and identified only by a contract ID — never a creator's name or other directly identifying detail. Before a listing goes live our team checks its OnlyFans earnings, social media accounts and audience, and compensation and contract terms. We do not guarantee any particular result from an acquired contract.

Registration requires a working username/password combination and a verified Telegram connection, which we use for both sign-in and account notifications. New agency accounts are reviewed before acquisition access is granted; we may approve, decline, or later revoke an account's access at our discretion, including where we believe the information supplied was inaccurate or the account is being used to circumvent these Terms. From time to time we may offer expedited approval or promotional credits at signup. Where we do, the terms are shown at the time and section 8 applies.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.

Browsing is request-based: you submit an acquisition request on a listing, our team reviews it, and — if approved — you're invoiced in USD and given crypto payment details (address, network, and exact amount) to complete the acquisition. We currently accept payment only in the cryptocurrencies and networks offered at checkout; we don't accept cards, bank transfers, or cash. Prices shown are set by us and may change at any time before a request is approved; once approved and paid, the sale is final subject to the warranty below.

A listing remains available to other agencies until a request against it is approved — approval isn't guaranteed and doesn't reserve a listing on its own.

Every confirmed acquisition carries a 7-day warranty window starting the moment payment is confirmed. If a genuine issue with the placement arises during that window, raise it with us before the window closes. If we confirm the issue, you may choose a replacement placement at the same price or a full refund of the acquisition amount. Once the window closes without an issue raised, the sale is final.

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent payment information or attempt to trigger a false payment confirmation;
• Circumvent, probe, or abuse the account approval or listing-review process;
• Scrape, mirror, or access the Marketplace through automated means outside your normal use;
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act on behalf of the agency you claim to represent;
• Use the Marketplace, or any contract acquired through it, in a way that violates applicable law; or
• Harass our team, other agencies, or any creator connected to a listing.

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating this section, with or without notice.

The Marketplace's software, design, and branding belong to us. Acquiring a listing transfers only the specific management/representation rights described in that listing's own contract terms — it does not transfer any rights to the underlying creator's content, likeness, or existing platform accounts beyond what that contract states.

Listings are based on information supplied by third parties and reviewed by our team before they go live. Apart from the warranty in section 4, the Marketplace and every listing on it are provided "as is," without any guarantee of a particular financial or business outcome from an acquired contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability arising from your use of the Marketplace is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

There is no fee to apply or to use the platform. When a request is approved, the agency pays the invoice for that creator contract in USD, using the crypto payment details given at checkout (see section 3).

Some things are shown as free for now, including the Premium plan. We may start charging for plans or features later. If we do, the price will be shown on the platform before you are asked to pay, and a new price does not apply to anything you have already paid for.

At signup we may offer an optional deposit that approves an account straight away instead of waiting for manual review. When it is offered, the amount is shown at the time, and the amount paid is credited as a discount on the agency's first acquisition. Paying it does not limit our right under section 2 to suspend or revoke an account later.

Linking Telegram means we may message you there about your account, requests, acquisitions and payments. Approved agencies with Telegram linked also receive a digest of newly available models every Tuesday and Friday, sent only when there is something new, and Match Alerts for any filters saved as an alert. You can turn the digest off in your profile and manage your alerts from the Match Alerts page. Telegram's own terms apply to your use of Telegram.

Reviews on the site were given by agencies we have worked with and are shown with their agreement. They are individual opinions about that agency's own experience. They are not a promise that you will get the same result.

The contract generator, on the public site and inside the agency area, produces a draft agreement from the details you type in. It is a general template, offered free and as is.

It is not legal advice. We are not a law firm, using it creates no lawyer-client relationship, and we do not review, check or approve the documents it produces. We do not promise that a generated document is complete, accurate, suitable for your situation or enforceable anywhere. Laws on creator and management agreements differ from place to place, so have a qualified lawyer review any agreement before anyone signs it.

You are responsible for what you enter, for the final document and for any agreement you make with it. You confirm that you have the right to enter the details you provide, including details about other people. We are not a party to any agreement made with the generator, and to the extent the law allows we are not responsible for any dispute, loss or claim that comes out of one. Section 7 applies.

If a third party brings a claim against us because of a document you made with the generator, or because of details you entered without the right to, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Marketplace after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
