Terms of Service

The Marketplace is restricted to talent and management agencies acting in a business capacity — it is not a consumer service and is not open to the general public. You must be at least 18 years old, authorized to bind the agency you represent, and able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Listings on the Marketplace are sourced from our affiliated Scout network, reviewed before publication, and identified only by a contract ID — never a creator's name or other directly identifying detail. Attributes shown on a listing (age, market, tags, earnings history, and similar) are supplied by the submitting party and reviewed by our team before a listing goes live, but we do not independently verify every detail of every submission.

Registration requires a working username/password combination and a verified Telegram connection, which we use for both sign-in and account notifications. New agency accounts are reviewed before acquisition access is granted; we may approve, decline, or later revoke an account's access at our discretion, including where we believe the information supplied was inaccurate or the account is being used to circumvent these Terms. From time to time we may offer expedited review or promotional credits at signup — these do not change the underlying approval standard, only how quickly it's applied.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.

Browsing is request-based: you submit an acquisition request on a listing, our team reviews it, and — if approved — you're invoiced in USD and given crypto payment details (address, network, and exact amount) to complete the acquisition. We currently accept payment only in the cryptocurrencies and networks offered at checkout; we don't accept cards, bank transfers, or cash. Prices shown are set by us and may change at any time before a request is approved; once approved and paid, the sale is final subject to the warranty below.

A listing remains available to other agencies until a request against it is approved — approval isn't guaranteed and doesn't reserve a listing on its own.

Every confirmed acquisition carries a 7-day warranty window starting the moment payment is confirmed. If a genuine issue with the placement arises during that window, raise it with us before the window closes — we'll review it and, at our discretion, resolve it through remediation, a partial credit, or a refund. Once the window closes without an issue raised, the sale is final.

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent payment information or attempt to trigger a false payment confirmation;
• Circumvent, probe, or abuse the account approval or listing-review process;
• Scrape, mirror, or access the Marketplace through automated means outside your normal use;
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act on behalf of the agency you claim to represent;
• Use the Marketplace, or any contract acquired through it, in a way that violates applicable law; or
• Harass our team, other agencies, or any creator connected to a listing.

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating this section, with or without notice.

The Marketplace's software, design, and branding belong to us. Acquiring a listing transfers only the specific management/representation rights described in that listing's own contract terms — it does not transfer any rights to the underlying creator's content, likeness, or existing platform accounts beyond what that contract states.

Listings are provided based on information supplied by third parties and reviewed in good faith, but the Marketplace and every listing on it are provided "as is," without any guarantee of a particular financial or business outcome from an acquired contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability arising from your use of the Marketplace is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Marketplace after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
