# OnlyFans management contract checklist: what to include

> A solid OnlyFans management contract names the parties, describes the services, fixes compensation and the payout schedule in writing, says who owns the content and holds the account login, sets a term with a clear exit, and covers confidentiality. This checklist lists each clause and what to look for.

## The clauses to check

### Parties and services

Names, the business entity if there is one, and a list of what the agency will actually do (chatting, promotion, content planning, reporting). Vague wording such as "management services" invites disputes.

### Compensation

Percentage or salary, and the exact figures. For a percentage deal, say whether it is calculated on gross or net revenue and who pays platform fees. For a salary deal, say the amount, the period and what happens if the account earns more or less than expected.

### Payouts

How often the creator is paid, by which method, and the deadline after funds arrive. Include how the creator can check the numbers.

### Account access

Who holds the login. Under a percentage deal the creator normally keeps shared access to their own account. Under a salary deal the agency manages it directly, so the contract should say how access is returned when the arrangement ends.

### Content rights

Who owns existing content, who owns new content, and what the agency may reuse after the contract ends. Silence on this point is a common source of conflict.

### Term and exit

A start date, a length, a notice period and the conditions for ending early. A shorter trial period with simple exit terms is a common way to start.

### Confidentiality and exclusivity

What each side must keep private, and whether the creator may work with other agencies during the term.

### Governing law and disputes

Which country's law applies and how disagreements are handled. If the creator and the agency are in different countries, this matters more than it looks.

## Percentage versus salary: what changes

A percentage contract puts the focus on the revenue definition and reporting. A salary contract puts the focus on account access and the creator's protection if the agency stops paying. [The standards we apply to both](https://ofm.market/modern-slavery-statement) are published.

## Generate a starting draft

The [free contract generator](https://ofm.market/contract-generator) builds a management agreement in English, Spanish or both, with no account needed. Set the compensation, duration and payout terms, then download the PDF. It is a starting point, not legal advice, so have a lawyer review the final text.

## Common questions

**What should an OnlyFans management contract include?**

The parties and services, compensation, payout schedule, account access, content rights, contract term and exit, confidentiality and exclusivity, and governing law.

**Is a verbal agreement enough?**

It is risky. Anything about money, content ownership or account access should be written down and signed by both sides.

**Is the contract generator really free?**

Yes. It needs no account. You set the terms, download the PDF, and should have a lawyer review it before signing.
