| 2025 | Started growing a creator recruiting agency front and a fine-tuned ads pipeline. |
| Mid to late 2025 | Started growing our own marketplace, first named Redlight District, then renamed OFM.Market Models Marketplace after we acquired the OFM.Market domain. |
| Early 2026 | The Telegram group grew quickly and the creator agency front kept growing. |
| 2026 onward | Continuous acquisition of creators and matching them with agencies, with positive agency reviews growing. We started the OFM.Market platform: one place where approved agencies review creators, send requests and pay. |

## How an acquisition runs

1. Discover: approved agencies search every creator, with the full gallery and pricing. Visitors see a limited preview.
2. Evaluate: read the compensation terms and account figures on each profile you shortlist.
3. Request: the team reviews each request. The creator stays available to other agencies until a request for that creator is approved. Statuses: pending, under review, approved.
4. Complete: pay the USD invoice in crypto and draft the agreement with the free contract generator. Your 7-day warranty starts the day payment is confirmed. Statuses: pending payment, in warranty, completed.

Every creator goes through the same steps before a profile is listed, starting with our affiliated creator recruiting agency.

1. Social media ads reach creators who are looking for management.
2. Creators apply and tell us their background, experience and the content they make.
3. Our team goes through the applications and selects the creators who stand out.
4. Selected creators are interviewed by our team on their goals, hours a day, English and content.
5. Only creators who pass are listed. Each gets a standard profile, which our team reviews before it goes live.

## What agencies see

Profiles are identified by a contract ID, never by name, and show the same fields in the same order for every creator. The full gallery and pricing are for approved agencies; visitors see a limited preview on the home page.
